Hey Gang .. thank you for participating in the Instant Swing Groover Winter Challenge! The program will include 3 different "diy" training aids that in combination should really help you build your swing this winter .
The first thing you need to do to get started is to go to your local dollarama and find the pet section... if you're lucky there are a few dog throwing launchers on the wall ...buy a dog throwing toy like the one pictured below its $3.75 .. actually buy two because it makes a great tempo drill swinging two at the same time ;) . Please don't buy a Chuck It Dog toy .. it doesn't have the flexibility or design of the cheaper dollar store kind .. you can click on the images to make them bigger if needed

I have bought an extra 5 or 6 throwers so if for some reason you can't find one or get one or two let me know and i've got you covered but ideally you'll find one and can start to swing it over the holidays' to start grooving your swing
Once you've got your ISG you need to take it out of the packaging and duct tape the ball into its socket so that it doesn't fly away and take anything out! (see pic) I recommend taping it twice making sure to go completely around the ball for both tape runs. Once its taped you can start to swing it without worry
What I do next is add some weight to it so that it starts to feel more like a real golf club. I've done that by buying and attaching something called a wire rope clip. ( see pics) . These are inexpensive weights and in my favorite model i've attached a 5/16" rope clip and a 3/8" rope clip. They just attach by tightening the nuts on each rope clip and every time I swing it a make a habit of tightening and checking to make sure the rope clips are securely on the thrower. I have bought a bunch of these so if for some reason you can't find them I've got you covered . I found Rona and Home Hardware to be the best places to find them...
Let me know how you makeout finding and building your Instant Swing Groover .. any questions please ask and get grooving! .. cheers jack
