I've been searching for a long time for an easy way to help students feel what it's like to whip your club in the swing. While i've created a few options along the way it wasn't until i created the Instant Swing Groover that this became possible! ( and incredibly safe ;) 

Why is the whipping sensation important for a good golf swing? 

To create the most efficient swing that naturally has the most power and speed built into it, you end up modelling a perfect whipping action. Just like a whip that gathers speed with the tip of the whip passing the speed of the sound barrier to create that "CRACKING" sound the louder you can crack your whip or Instant Swing Groover the faster you're swinging and also the more efficiently you're swinging.
