The Swing Popper might be the simplest training aid I've ever created but it's easily one of the most effective at teaching you the feel of three (3) separate areas in your swing. First, its great at helping you feel a full and complete backswing . Second, it's great at helping you feel how to release your club and create maximum lag in your swing . And third, it helps in feeling what a full and complete finish to your swing is. There are several training aids I can think of that cost over $150 - $250
US available to teach you this. This will teach you for $5! ( or less if you already have a used roll of Duck Tape and a Pool noodle Have a look at the training video below and make yourself one. (please!)
Find out how to make it at the bottom of the page
Regular Club Swing Popper Training
Now the Swing popper is great using your regular clubs but its just as valuable practicing using it with your new Instant Swing Groover
Just slip it on your Instant Swing Groover starting with the lower foam end first . It might initially be a tight squeeze but its relatively easy to put it on. Note that this version of your ISG has NO weights on it so you may have to take your weights off unless you have an additional ISG handy . In addition I've added a band of electrical tape near the top of the handle so that the sliding Swing Popper doesn't wedge on the handle but can move freely ( see pic) . The electrical tape is also available at Dollarama for $1.75

Swing Popper Construction
Pool Noodle is 3 1/4" in diameter ( don't buy the small diameter ones) and you can usually buy them for $4 - $5 and sometimes even less at Canadian Tire/ Walmart/ Dollarama. You need to use and cut 4" inches of pool noodle to make your Swing popper. The duct tape is available in the exact right dimension (1/4" width approx) right out of the box at Dollarama for $1.25
Take the duct tape and remove its packaging and slide it on to the 4" inch piece of pool noodle so that about 3/4" of an inch is at the top and an inch and a quarter (1 1/4") is at the bottom ( see first picture)
Once you've done that tape some duct tape and tape the top of the Swing popper to the duct tape roll so that the roll doesn't slide down or go flying off . I've used a different color duct tape so you can see clearly how its made (see Pics)

Total Weight of the Swing Popper ( with anchor tape) is 76 grams ( Tape 71 g and Noodle 5g)
